Natural Dye Series
BRS also known as Blue Ribbon Studios is a physical maker space and education resource dedicated to advancing the creative potential of Nike Design. BRS encourages expanding knowledge, mastering new techniques, embracing mistakes, pursuing passion projects, and trying something new.
By teaming up with Vibrant Valley Farms, BRS was able to host a workshop series called Natural Dye Series. Throughout the summer designers were able to partake in various dyeing techniques from indigo vat to natural bundle dyeing.

Look + Feel—
Let’s pull inspiration from the natural material that will be used during this Natural Dye Program. By using organic shapes and forms mixed with expressive distorted imagery of the plants, we will create an imaginative world that shows the possibility of nature.
